Executive Leadership & Intelligence for Complex, Mission-Driven Work

Raised in New York City and grounded in my Ecuadorian Kañari heritage, I have spent my life learning across cultures, communities, and systems of leadership. My perspective has been shaped through formal education in political science, years of advising leaders and organizations, living and working in Ecuador and collaborating with for for-profits, ngos, Indigenous communities, educational institutions and pluri-national initiatives.

Outside of work, I enjoy a lively home shared with cats and dogs—a daily reminder that relationships, communication, boundaries, and care are the bounty of lived capital.

Ongoing Learnings & Influences

Like many leaders, I continue to learn from a wide range of teachers and disciplines. The work of Tara Brach, Brené Brown, Mirabai Starr, Dr. Gabor Maté, Dr. Tyson Yunkaporta, Otto Scharmer, Peter Senge are amongst the many that contribute to how I think about leadership and how we relate to this planet and each other.

These teachers and their work complements (not defines) my practice and foundations.
