A Cross-System Perspective
Leadership has taken me from boardrooms and executive teams to Indigenous communities, high education, international initiatives, and organizations navigating complexity across cultures. Those experiences continue to shape how I understand leadership, governance, stewardship, and what it means to build efforts that endure.
For more than sixteen years, I have advised leaders, founders, boards, business owners, Indigenous organizations, nonprofits, educational institutions, and international initiatives navigating complexity, growth, and change.
My work sits at the intersection of leadership, governance, organizational diagnosis, strategic effectiveness, and human development. I am often invited into situations where organizations are facing uncertainty, evolving relationships, governance challenges, or consequential decisions. Together, we work to understand what is shaping outcomes before those conditions become larger obstacles.
Raised in New York City and shaped by both Indigenous and Western perspectives, I developed an early appreciation for how culture, relationships, governance, and ways of knowing influence leadership and organizational life. Years of working alongside Indigenous communities, participating in community life in Ecuador, the U.S, and learning through mentorship and lived experience have deepened my understanding of stewardship, right relationship, and the human dimensions of leadership.
Today, I bring that cross-system perspective to every engagement. By integrating insight with an understanding of human development, I help leaders recognize what often goes unseen, navigate complexity with discernment, and move forward with greater clarity, accountability, and confidence.
